Aside from the unparalleled structure and organization of the curriculum, what makes Atomic Jiu-Jitsu’s training programs unique is the way in which we present the techniques. Perfected over three generations, we follow the same teaching methodology used by Grand Master Helio Gracie and the Gracie Family. Our teaching methodology allows students to learn at their own pace without feeling overwhelmed or left behind. Furthermore, we conduct all group classes with the utmost concern for safety, and we demand that all students treat each other respectfully regardless of skill level, gender, race, nationality, or creed. At Atomic Jiu-Jitsu, we don’t just teach people how to fight, we give people the confidence so they never need to.

OUR PROGRAMS

Atomic Jiu-Jitsu Warriors™ for kids (ages 3-13), Atomic Women Warriors™ for the ladies, Atomic Jiu-Jitsu 101™ for beginner adults, and Atomic Advanced™ where the advanced practitioners begin Mastery. Each program adheres to a set curriculum, so students know exactly what they will learn before they come to class. All classes conducted in a safe, structured, positive, and clean environment.
