The Lab: Strength and Conditioning

In our strength and conditioning class, called The Lab, we utilize kettle bells, jump ropes, medicine balls, battle ropes, weights, and other equipment to help our members build the strength and endurance in all the right places! If building muscle and endurance and losing weight is your goal, this is the class for you! The great thing is that this class is included with all of our Jiu-Jitsu memberships for free!
