“SHIELD” A Lifestyle Choice
In contemporary society, the term “SHIELD” isn’t commonly associated with a lifestyle choice. However, if we were to interpret “SHIELD” metaphorically as a choice to protect oneself or one’s values, then yes, it could be seen as a lifestyle choice.

For example, someone might choose to “SHIELD” themselves from negative influences by prioritizing positive relationships, healthy habits, and personal growth. This could involve decisions such as avoiding toxic environments, setting boundaries with others, and engaging in self-care practices.
Similarly, someone might choose to “SHIELD” their beliefs or values by actively participating in communities or movements that align with their principles, advocating for causes they believe in, or making choices that reflect their ethical or moral standards.
I want to use the term “SHIELD” to promote a healthy lifestyle.
S– Sleep 7-8 hours (Deep Restful Sleep)
H-Handle stress through Meditation (15 Min. Daily)
I– Interaction (Go and meet people, talk to someone new)
E– Exercise (30 Min. to 1 Hr. Daily – Any Exercise)
L– Learn (Read, Study, or Learn Everyday)
D– Diet (No processed foods, Food Moderation & FAST)
In this sense, “SHIELD” can be seen as a deliberate lifestyle choice aimed at preserving one’s well-being, integrity, and sense of identity in the face of external pressures or challenges. It’s about actively choosing how to engage with the world and making decisions that contribute to a fulfilling and authentic life. A healthy lifestyle will only aide you in your endeavors
